Our house is placed ideal

You can take the cost-free ski bus to the Diasbahn and take it back home. With skies and with the sledge it is 7 kilometre to Ischgl.

Sauna: Once a week for free. Infrared cabins are to bee used cost-free.
An excellent breakfast buffet is waiting for you, for the holiday flats we offer dayle bakery service.

Information- winter

The boarding house is distanced approximately 10 minutes from the skiing area. A ski bus drives for times a.m. to the valley station Diasbahn, the bus can also be taken to return home. You can get to the house via ski or barrow until the house. The skiing area Sunny Mountain in Kappl has a 6 kilometre long toboggan run. On Tuesday  and Thursday a sledging evening is organized with a skiing show. We provide the sledges for free.

Information- summer

There are many possibilities of enjoying the summer in the valley Paznau, organizing your leisure reasonable and stress free. You will love our leisure park Sunnymountain in 1800 level. There are unlimited possibilities for families, cyclists and sporty people. You can go fishing, swimming, undergo a Kneipp cure and many more. Your children are looked after  for free in the Sunnymountain-accommodaton „Familiennest“, full-time from Monday to Friday. The Silvrettacard provides you a cost-effective Active-holiday about which you will be enthusiastic. More information about the Silvrettacard can be found here.
 

Arrival

From Germany you can come either through the Fernpass or through the area of Lake Constance. You leave the highway in Landeck Pians in direction to Hochalpenstrasse, and continue to Paznaun.
Pass Kappl- Lochau, after Kappl Dorf to the church, continue in direction to Ischgl 1.5 kilometres to the Haus Dorfblick.
