Every guest gets access to our wireless-internet (WLAN) service for free.

Our house
Our house is opened all year round for our guests.
The house was renovated in 2012. The outer facade, heat insulation and windows were refurbished. You can see the new house at the page photos.
The following rooms and apartments are available:
- Apartment No. 1 for 2 persons
- Apartment No. 2 for 2 persons
- Apartment No. 3 for 4-6 persons with 3 double room with shower and toilet, radio and satellite TV
Our apartment guests can also book a breakfast buffet for the price of 10 euros per adult and for 6 euros per child (age up to 12 years).
We are members of “Sunny-Mountain”
- Children are looked after in the guest kindergarten at Sunny-Mountain, free of cost.
- FREERIDE during your stay in our house with the “Tupingbahn” or the unique “ZIBOBBAHN“
- We offer child-friendly beds, towels and toothbrush cups

Information for winter guests
- The ski area SunnyMountain is just 10 minutes away from the house.
- Public transportation to the “Dias” valley station is available four times a day before noon. You can also return to the house by bus.
- Another ski area “Ischgl-Silvretta” is reachable within 10 minutes by car.
- Every tuesday during winter season the Sunny-mountain ski resort offers night-sledding.
- The sledge run is six kilometres long and illuminated with extra lights for the moon shine sledding. The end of the sledge run is only a few minutes aways from the house (see location at the page General information).
- You can rent a sledge/toboggan during your stay for free.

Location
Our house is located in Kappl in the valley of Paznaun (“Paznauntal”), which is part of the province Tirol. The small town Kappl is known for tourism and the ski area Sunny Mountain. See more at Activities.
